JOB DESCRIPTION:
CLOSET BUILDER/INSTALLER
Work hours: 7:45-4:30PM Monday thru Friday Full Time Position
Pay: $25-$30 DOE
We Offer Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation and Medical, Dental and Vision
There will be a 30 day trial period. However, this is a permanent position with full time employment for the right candidate. We are also willing to train the right candidate. Ideal candidate for upper range pay should possess 5-7 years cabinet building and countertop installation experience. Any questions on experience requirements can be determined upon interview. We are happy to discuss this position for clarity.
Qualifications:
1. Very physical job
2. Must be able to lift up to 80#
3. Moving, loading, bending, reaching, climbing and unloading. Kneel, bend, crouch, reach and stretch while
handling boards of varying sizes
4. Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity
5. Able to work in an enviroment with sawdust present
6. Able to work in a fast paced environment while paying strong attention to detail
7. Solid math skills
8. Good communication skills
9. Complete training and achieve an acceptable level of proficiency within first 60 days of employment
10. Have reliable transportation to and from work
11. Have an excellent attendance record
12. Willing and able to follow all company policies
13. Meet productivity, quality and safety goals
14. Follow directions
15. Flexible and adaptable – comfortable in a dynamic work environment
16. Must pass a background check
17. Must have a clean driving record
18. Drug Free
