Our client is looking for someone to join their team as a Service Coordinator (SC).
The SC is the bridge who works directly with the customer and internal resources to provide first level support and guidance regarding audiovisual systems and technologies.
New employees would get thorough training to perform their role, but would be expected to take an active role in learning and growth to ensure they are well prepared for success.
The SC directs activities to respond to customer’s needs – that said, they manage the resources, schedules and expectations so the customer feels well taken care of. They must have strong written and oral communication skills, and effective, active listening skills are also a must! When the work is done, the SC is responsible for “closing the project out” and following up with the client. That said, the ideal employee would be outgoing, assertive, and not afraid to dig a little deeper to ensure expectations were well managed and met.

Competitive candidates will have:
One (1) year of previous administrative and/or similar coordination experience – required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook – required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – required
Valid driver’s license and the ability to be covered by the company’s auto insurance provider - required
Formal education – preferred
Three (3) years of previous administrative and/or similar coordination experience – preferred
