Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and collect their information
2. Answer phone, take messages and schedule appointments
3. Become familiar with services we offer and how to book for each
4. Treatment and product knowledge
4. Check clients out and collect fees
5. Various clerical duties
6. Refreshing rooms and laundering linens
Qualifications:
1. Some experience in this field
2. Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
3. Good attendance
4. Computer skills
5. Must present a friendly, out-going attitude
6. Good, clear, friendly telephone voice
7. The ability to make clients feel comfortable
