Adagio Day Spa - Spa Coordinator
This is a great opportunity for someone who truly loves Spa business.
As a Spa Coordinator/Receptionist, you'll be the front line for your Spa, ensuring its success and growth. As the first impression for the spa, you must demonstrate the values, ethic, and standards that define Adagio Day Spa.
You will have the opportunity to provide a welcome experience like no other. Your personalized greeting, care in treatment selection and knowledge of the spa will ensure our guests have a lasting memory of their visit.
What you're responsible for:
-Having a bright and welcoming personality, as you'll often be greeting clients into the spa.
-Arrive for your shift on-time, looking clean and professional.
-Attend all scheduled staff meetings.
-Impeccable communication skills, as you'll be answering incoming calls, emails and other communication.
-Multitasking, as you'll take care of our clients, but also assist the spa Manager with projects and tasks.
-Maintaining a customer service-oriented attitude at all times.
-Be environmental, health conscious, willing to participate in recycling.
Qualifications:
-Experience working in a customer-facing position, such as in retail or hospitality
-Experience of working with insurance Blue Cross/Aetna
-Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and spoke.
-Knowledge and ability to process gift certificate purchases.
-A desire to increase sales and upsell clients on our services you will earn bonuses for your efforts!
-Basic Knowlage of business marketing ( Instagram, Facebook)
-Be positive, enthusiastic, creative.
-Ability to multitask
-Keep spa extremely clean and organized
