Job Description:
We are seeking several PC Deployment Technicians for a Windows 10 Deployment/Rollout Project. This project should run at various locations in the Alaska area for approximately 6 months (End Dec 2022). Work will be performed 8 hours per day and 5 days a week, most likely 8:00am- 5:00pm shift, with 1 hour lunch. The work environment will be a health care facility with multiple locations.
A COVID Vaccination and Proof of Vaccination is required.
You may be required to have certain testing before you begin working on-site
Scope:
Assist our end client will all aspects of a new PC deployment (unboxing, boxing, equipment handling, imaging, configuration, and set up.
Follow a detailed technical script that will be provided
Complete site surveys and end-user surveys
Install and add Windows 10 image on end-use machines
Document and track deployments and assets as directed
Escalate errors and issues to your team lead or tech support immediately
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous Widows rollout, deployment, and data migration experience in a corporate setting
Experience deploying Windows 10
Clear communication skills
Ability to follow directions and escalate issues to the correct stake holders as required
A “Can do” positive attitude
Customer service and soft skills
Attention to detail
Thorough understand of PC imaging, configuration, and back ups
Previous experience with asset and inventory tracking
Hourly Rate: Based on experience –W4 Tax profile; Weekly Payroll Compensation.
