Enrollment Coach
Coach Training EDU is looking for a highly organized, personable, and forward thinking Enrollment Coach join our team.
Who we are: We are a life coach training organization, offering online trainings to people interested in working in the professional, wellness, and academic life coaching fields. We train and certify individual coaches, as well as groups of professionals from organizations, colleges, and universities, in our three accredited and research-based life coach training programs.
Our team works remotely, with trainers and members of our headquarter team located from Switzerland to Philadelphia, and headquartered in Portland, Oregon.
What we are looking for: We are looking for an Enrollment Coach who is passionate about interacting with potential coaches and course participants. This position is full-time and remote.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Passion for engaging with inquiries and comfortable with communicating via the phone, Zoom, and Whatsapp
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work without being monitored and stay on task while working from home and collaborative team spirit
Proactive and curious mindset
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Enjoy working with diverse populations
Passion for personal development, coaching, and changing the way we live, learn and work
Highly desired, but not necessary, qualifications would include:
Experience with Student Information and Learning Management Systems
Background in/knowledge of coaching and the International Coach Federation
Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
Experience in Sales and/or Admissions
What you would be doing: The duties of the position will be split between administrative, planning and enrollment duties. Because we are a small team, other duties may arise over time and you may be asked to take on additional projects as needed.
Coach Advising
Monitor coaches-in-training statuses and completion of course/program requirements
Provide additional training recommendations to coaches-in-training
Field questions related to Coach Training EDU and International Coach Federation certification guidelines
Connect coaches-in-training with potential practice clients
Outreach
Reach out to Podcasters and other platforms to secure interviews
Source interviews and other topic research
Pay for this position is $17-$25/hour depending on experience.
This position could be part or full-time (20 to 40 hours/week).
This position is fully REMOTE.
