Role Description:
As an account manager for our wonderful team, you would be cultivating and growing local customer relationships within this blossoming, growth minded town and would promote the aspects of the State Farm Insurance Agency that are closest to home and our lives. Responsibilities:
Prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
You will learn to navigate customer-focused, needs-based review processes and help educate customers about insurance options that work best for them and their current lifestyle.
Requirements
We hope to see a Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas from previous positions.
An avid interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and requests.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the desire to improve.
Intrinsically motivated with a “Pride of Ownership” and drive to accomplish the tasks at hand accurately and timely.
Enthusiasm for the role of helping families and individuals manage the risk of their everyday lives while encouraging them to realize their dreams.
Experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
