If so, we have a great opportunity for you. Ampersand is currently recruiting for a Field Services Technician II. If selected for this highly engaging position, you will be using your IT talents to provide a variety of client support services that will highlight your computer building, networking, and installing skills.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, salary position, with a range of $27 - $29/hr DOE, located in Anchorage, AK. The basic duties of this position include troubleshooting, supporting, and assisting clients with technology systems, providing maintenance to new and existing technology systems, providing Provide clients with an exemplar customer service experience, performing duties at the client’s work site, and providing call-center support to clients
