We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage multiple sets of books for our busy companies. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Maintain complete and accurate financial records for multiple entities
Process accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
Prepare financial statements and reports
Manage payroll and related filings
Assist with budgeting and year-end close
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Quickbooks, real estate management software, and Microsoft Office helpful
Ability to handle multiple sets of books accurately and efficiently
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent team, people, and problem-solving skills helpful
Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
