Duties include:
Provide phone support for advisors.
Maintain and update information in a CRM Database.
Assist advisors with general account maintenance, money movement requests, address updates, email updates, using reporting software to develop customized reports.
Must be able to work independently once training is complete.
Qualifications/ preferred skills:
High school degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Phone skills and professional etiquette.
Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in finance preferred but not required.
Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
Customer service experience preferred
Job Type: Full Time/ 40 hours a week.
Pay: $20-$25 DOE
