About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced work environment. You’ll assist with administrative duties, keep the office organized, and ensure the small details don’t get overlooked.
Responsibilities:
✅ General office support – answering phones, managing emails, and assisting team members
✅ Organizing files, paperwork, and maintaining accurate records
✅ Data entry, inventory tracking, and light bookkeeping support
✅ Ordering supplies and ensuring the office stays stocked
✅ Assisting with scheduling, permits, and project documentation
✅ Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed
✅ Keeping the workspace tidy and organized
