Looking for a dependable, part-time or full-time team member who enjoys helping people and keeping things organized. We’re a small but busy shop and RV service center looking for someone to join us at the front desk and assist with warranty claims. And service advising.
Position: Front Desk / Warranty Assistant
Hours: 20–30 hours per week (Mon–Fri)(possibly more hours)
Pay: $18–$21/hr depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Greet customers and handle service check-ins
Help process RV and automotive warranty claims
Communicate with manufacturers and customers
Part Ordering
Keep things moving between the front office and technicians
Admin duties (phones, paperwork, scheduling)
What We're Looking For:
Some office or customer service experience (preferred)
Automotive or RV knowledge (preferred)
Organized, friendly, reliable
Comfortable with basic computer skills
Can work independently and stay on task
