FT Front Office Storage Facility Manager $24/hr +

Full time position 40 hours per week starting at 24/hr. 9-6 with one hour lunch break. Near downtown. Must have reliable transportation and be punctual. Applicant should be able to work by themselves and have good math and computer skills. This is a long term position. We ask applicants to agree to a 2 year work commitment. Greeting clients, taking payments, accurately keeping accounts updated, bank deposits, organizing auctions and renting units are some of the duties required. Light handyman skills and office upkeep are needed along with the ability to lift up to 40#'s occasionally. Warehouse sweeping Manager and oversite. This is 98% office work. We have computer systems in place and would provide all training necessary.
