Gage Tree Service is primarily a residential tree service business operating in the Valley and Anchorage. We have an immediate opening in our main office for an experienced customer service team lead. We are a fun and casual, but fast-paced office in the Valley.
The lead seat will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling, data entry, problem-solving, and excellent customer service. This position will oversee admin assistants to ensure quality customer service and support admins by answering questions and resolving issues. The lead admin will attend morning meetings with admin assistants and facilitate ongoing customer service training.
The right candidate will:
be able to handle a heavy call load
be able to lead and motivate others
be able to problem solve
be able to learn, retain and communicate information to assist others
be experienced in Microsoft suite
be experienced in Google suite
be able to operate and troubleshoot desktop computers
be experienced in data entry
be willing to jump in as needed and help other departments
