Update our system with accurate and relevant information promptly.
Direct customer calls based on their needs with empathy and care.
Frequently monitor emails to assist with scheduling and respond to inquiries promptly.
Schedule jobs efficiently, always prioritizing the well-being of our customers.
Build strong connections with new and existing customers, treating them as part of our family.
Embrace and execute additional tasks as assigned by our supportive office management.
Position Requirements:
Exhibit excellent multitasking abilities while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
Communicate effectively with warm and articulate verbal and written skills.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, showing empathy and understanding in all interactions.
Manage administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
Job Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Preferably, at least one year of experience in a high-volume outbound call setting.
A natural inclination to extend a helping hand and provide a listening ear.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM and familiarity with internet-based applications.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills.
A reliable and punctual disposition to ensure our family is always well cared for.
