As a CSR Specialist, you will:
Engage in high-volume outbound calls with exceptional customer service and warm phone skills.
Update our system with all current and relevant information.
Direct customer calls based on their needs with a caring touch.
Frequently check emails to assist with scheduling and answer inquiries promptly.
Schedule jobs promptly, always considering the well-being of our customers.
Build strong connections with new and existing customers, treating them like part of our family.
Embrace other duties assigned by our caring office management.
Position Requirements:
Exhibit excellent multitasking abilities while keeping a friendly demeanor.
Express yourself with warm and effective verbal and written communication.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, showing empathy and understanding.
Manage administrative tasks with care and attention to detail.
Feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, yet remain focused on our family-oriented values.
Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus, but a positive attitude matters most!
Job Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED, as we believe in continuous learning and growth.
Preferably, at least one year of experience in a high-volume outbound call setting.
A natural inclination to extend a helping hand and a listening ear.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM and familiarity with internet-based applications.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer programs, combined with excellent navigation skills.
A reliable and punctual disposition, ensuring our family is taken care of.
