Busy environmental construction company looking for a new administrative assistant to join our team. Responsibilities will include answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system, electronic and paper filing, tracking/scheduling occupational health training for employees, coordinating employee travel and housing, placing supply orders, reaching out to subcontractors, assisting with agency notifications, and other duties as assigned. Experience with Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint are preferred but not required. One year experience in an office preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
