Behavioral Health Clinician in Wasilla for the Behavioral Health Treatment Center. Full time or part time position available to apply addiction/mental health counseling knowledge, skills, and abilities to conduct substance abuse/mental health screening, assessment and treatment services to adults and/or children/youth clients under the age of 18 years within various treatment modalities. Minimum Qualifications: Masters’ degree in behavioral health field (counseling, psychology, social work, etc.) and two years mental health/substance abuse clinical experience with children, youth and families. Current licensure as LPC/LMSW/LCSW strongly preferred.
Case Manager in Wasilla for the Behavioral Health Treatment Center. Full or part time position available to provide case management and therapeutic behavioral health services to individuals diagnosed with mental illness or substance abuse in an effort to improve their quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community. Clinical Director in Wasilla for the Behavioral Health Treatment Center (BHTC). Full time position in a senior leadership role responsible for managing and expanding both clinical and non-clinical programs. This position ensures ethical practice, provides guidance on complex client situations, supports staff in managing emotional challenges, trains staff in clinical documentation, Medicaid compliance and social work/clinical skills. This role is instrumental in ensuring the agency maintains high-quality compliant services while expanding its capacity to meet community needs. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavioral health field (sociology, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, addiction studies, human services or social work) with current Alaska licensure (LCSW, LPC) and current NPI number. Full time position available to serve as the primary point of contact for clients entering the Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP), ensuring a smooth and supportive intake process. This role conducts initial orientations, gathers and processes client information, and provides critical administrative support to maintain accurate records and efficient program operations. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and one-year successful work experience.
Probation Technician in Palmer for the Alcohol Safety Action Program. Part time position available to provide case coordination to all ASAP clients that enter the program through a well-established and structured client delivery process. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and three years’ experience working in a social services agency or a program related field.
Shelter Supervisor in Palmer for the DVSA Shelter. Full time position available to assist with the supervision of emergency shelter staff and ensuring the effective execution of domestic violence and sexual assault services to shelter residents and nonresidents, including the 24-hour crisis line. Develop, implement, and supervise life skills and support groups. Create and manage case plans that are responsive to the needs of shelter participants. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, or a closely related field or in lieu of a degree, equivalent related experience in human services with a minimum of two years’ experience in shelter services.
Substance Use Counselor in Wasilla for the Behavioral Health Treatment Center. Full time position available to provide substance use treatment services in an outpatient program. Minimum Qualifications: High school equivalency and one-year full time work experience in chemical dependency treatment, or a degree in a related field (human services, social services, social work, addiction, psychiatric nursing or psychology) and one year of full time work experience in chemical dependency treatment. Must possess the ability to become a Qualified Addictions Professional within three years (achieve a minimum certification as a CDCII, BHAII or NCACI). Must be eligible to enroll as a provider in Alaska Medicaid.
Transportation and Office Assistant in Wasilla for the Family Support & Preservation Program. Full or part time position to provide safe transportation of children and/or families to and from the FSP Program sites. Additionally, this position will assist in administrative functions of the program. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency, a valid Alaska driver’s license, minimum age of 21 for insurance purposes, and one year of successful work experience.
