Our dynamic Art Department is looking to expand! We’re the creative engine behind our brand's visual identity, encompassing marketing, signage, menus, apparel, websites, photography, and more. As the Social Media Specialist, you'll spearhead the creation of engaging campaigns and oversee the day-to-day management of our company’s social platforms, focusing heavily on content creation. This role requires polished expertise in copywriting, photography, and photo editing and a deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook dynamics.
What You'll Do:
Be the bridge between our brand and our audience, crafting engaging, brand-aligned content.
Draw viewers into our world with diverse and captivating visuals. Think mouthwatering food, behind-the-scenes brewery forays, stunning outdoor adventures, beaming employee portraits, and authentic community moments.
Tune into the pulse of social media, staying ahead of trends and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
Collaborate with our art department and restaurant teams to bring social media strategies to life.
Actively interact with our community, building relationships and responding promptly to comments and messages.
Analyze social media performance and craft actionable plans that amplify our brand voice and build a deeper connection with our audience.
Lend a hand at events, tackle errands, and keep our websites fresh with updates.
Who We're Looking For:
3+ years experience managing and creating social media content for businesses, relevant field degree a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of capturing our unique brand voice.
Proficient in photography with the ability to adapt to varied lighting conditions and elevate images through editing.
Working knowledge of design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred, Mac proficiency a plus).
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications for seamless collaboration and document management.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-location shoots and errands.
Anchorage area residency.
