Locally Grown Restaurant Group seeks a skilled and motivated marketing coordinator and graphic designer to join our small team. This position will help with marketing efforts for a group of popular, locally-owned restaurants. Regular visits to the restaurants are required.This position will be involved in a variety of marketing and design capacities including menu edits, in-house communications, event posters and social media graphics design. The ideal candidate is proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and has a strong understanding of design principles including layout skills, organizational abilities, typesetting, and print production.Additionally, they will be an adept copywriter who possesses strong attention to detail. The ability to maintain flexible and nimble workflow by rearranging and addressing project priorities is key, as are good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work independently while being receptive to input from others.
Responsibilities may include:Graphic and production designExecution of design concepts and brand maintenanceCreation of branded materials (e.g. posters, merchandise, newsletter/e-blast templates)Managing print materials ordersWebsite maintenance (Wordpress)Menu editsInternal communicationsRegular assessment of display and visuals at multiple locationsEvent coordinationOther duties as assigned
