Palmer firm seeking experienced paralegal to support 2-3 full-time attorneys in their general civil, real estate, and estate planning practice. Must be proficient in Microsoft 365, be able to multi-task and work independently, neat and organized, prompt and reliable, and have a professional appearance and demeanor. Law related associate degree or certificated paralegal program plus one-year experience, or two years of experience in civil practice required. Proficiency in Clio Manage/Grow preferred.
General duties include:
Manage Trial Dockets and Court Correspondence
Manage client updates and communication
Calendar and monitor deadlines
Draft Correspondence, Documents and Pleadings
Attend Execution of Wills, Court or Administrative Hearings and Trials
Administrative duties such as phones, scanning and maintaining files
Perform Legal Research
Participate in Court Appearances
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30, some flexibility available. Summer hours differ. Position open until filled.
