Opening: Tire Technician (Permanent & Seasonal)
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $19 - $25 DOE

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a leading tire service center in Anchorage, AK, known for its extensive inventory and exceptional customer service. As a large and reputable shop, we're expanding our team and looking for both permanent and seasonal Tire Technicians. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires, wheels, and vehicles to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
Provide exceptional customer service, advising customers on the best tire options based on their needs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Utilize and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
Work efficiently to meet service timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a tire technician preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with various tools and equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
