Snow Removal Crew Members. With hourly pay ranging from $18 to $23/hour, and the

Employees report to a central location before going to their job site/service area. The job is
seasonal and on-call, requiring the ability to work when it snows at all times during the season.
Shifts may start at midnight or during the day, depending on snowfall, with an expectation of

As a seasonal Snow Removal Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe
walking surfaces by clearing all walkways and curbs. You'll need to be on your feet most of the
day for 12-hour shifts, providing essential shoveling and blowing services for both residential
and commercial properties in Anchorage. You should expect to work on an on-call basis, ready
to jump into action when the snow begins to fall.
To do this, you need:
● Ability to work 12-hour shifts and be on call during the snow season
● Valid drivers license
● Commitment to being on call and ability to work when it snows at all times during the
season
Previous experience with snow shoveling is preferred.
