The ideal candidate will be:
-Dependable - Ability to be on time and willing to work when scheduled.
-Detail-Oriented - Able to pay attention to even small details. Awareness is everything when working on roof tops.
-Comfortable working in a team with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
-Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team to ensure accuracy of work.
-Able follow all safety procedures and measures to ensure a safe work environment
-Able to pass a Pre-Employment drug test, as well as a background test, with no felonies.
Job Requirements :
-18 years or older
-Ability to lift 75+ Lbs safely
-Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle/ transportation
-Follow all safety guidelines as set by state or federal regulation.
-Operate hand tools and other equipment, as necessary.
-Random drug testing
-Able to work in a variety of weather conditions as this is an outside, year-round job.
This Full Time position is Monday through Friday, with Saturdays and overtime required in summer. No Sundays or holiday work. Holland Roofing Co. is a tobacco free company with a zero tolerance policy on jobs sites, company sites, and in company vehicles.
