Roofer/ laborer

I’m a small business looking to go full time with the right crew, looking for roofing experience shingler/roofer who is willing to tear off to dry in and has a basic understanding for light carpentry. Must have your own transportatio, and basic understanding of job site behavior. I’m willing to pay cash after each job, if your that person looking for extra cash I’m your guy. Pay is based on experience and what you can bring to the table.
