RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION LABORER/EXPEDITOR
DOE $20-25hr plus vacation and retirement package.
Merit Homes LLC is seeking a FULL TIME dedicated, mature general laborer and expeditor to join our home building company and support our ongoing projects with efficiency and professionalism.
Job Description: As a general laborer / expeditor, you will be doing various tasks on multiple job sites, working indoors and out. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate pickup and delivery of materials, dumping and moving trash trailers, helping wherever is needed. The ideal candidate will have some construction knowledge and experience but not required, will need to have excellent attention to detail, and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
Expedite and coordinate the delivery of materials to job sites.
Clean and organize job sites.
Handle materials safely and effectively, ensuring they are secured and transported without damage.
Use some Power tools to complete necessary tasks.
Polite and presentable
Support team members with on-site labor tasks.
Communicate effectively with project managers and crew members.
Qualifications:
Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
Honest hard-working willing to do what is asked.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform physical labor and handle various materials.
Pay is subject to experience and ability. Starting at $20-25. Vacation and retirement package after 3 months with the company. A company truck will be provided for work hours only. 40 Hours a week Guaranteed, some OT available.
