Our storage company is looking for an energetic, punctual, dependable, team player, and a very hard worker to fill one of our maintenance positions.
This position will be a full time position. You must have a state issued Driver's License and reliable transportation with a good driving record, you must be insurable. ABSOLUTELY NO DUI'S
We are looking for a Maintenance person that has solid provable carpentry experience.
Candidate must be able to use power tools used in framing and or finishing work. Must be able to work unsupervised but also be a team player. All aspects of this job will be covered from the day to day operations of the storage facility like seasonal grounds keeping and light janitorial. During the day to day you must also be ready to repair or hang sheet rock, frame a door or window, build a sub floor, painting, and perhaps light plumbing.
Must be physically capable to do the job. Heavy lifting is sometimes involved.
A back ground check for employment and personal will be done.
This position is 40 hour per week.
No extensive knowledge of computers or phones skill are required but are helpful.
