Fishing Charter Deckhand

Looking for a hardworking deckhand. This is a seasonal position for the summer. Preferably someone with past experience in the charter fishing industry or knows how to handle themselves on a boat. If you've never been on a boat then please do not apply. Would like to have someone that is polite, good communication skills and can act like a professional on the water. Must have a MMC and TWIC credential. Non-smoking and non-drug and alcohol user and no foul language. Deckhands work directly with my clients and poor professionalism will not be tolerated. Must have excellent work and character references. If you do not fit this description then please do not apply and do not waste each-others time.
