Boat is located in Homer and fishing grounds are in the Alaska Peninsula. Port of hire is Homer and port of exit is Homer. Person(s) of interest will be expected to arrive at Homer ready to work/fish and depart from Homer upon hire to travel to Sand Point. Hired crew member(s) will receive a percentage of the proceeds based on the catch of the vessel. Percentage of earnings is TBD based on experience and work. Base percentage is 5% but can be merited more upon work and ethics. If the hired crew member decides to part with the vessel before the season is over the crew member is expected to pay and make their own arrangements for departure from Sand Point or where ever the vessel is at that time. Expected time to arrive at the vessel is May 15th to help with boat preparation and plan to depart by May 31st. Season will last until end of September or longer depending on fishery opening.
