Position Summary: The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the daily operations of the Human Resources Department under the guidance of the HR Generalist and Chief Human Resources Officer. Under general supervision, the HR Assistant participates in the administration of various human resource functions including employee staffing, benefits, compensation, performance management, training and other employee programs for ANHC.Work Experience: Two years clerical or administrative experience in a professional environment required. Human Resources Experience preferred. Education, Certification and Licensure: Two years clerical or administrative experience in a professional environment required. Human Resources Experience preferred. Additional Skills and Knowledge: Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and MS Office.
