Job Overview: Providing excellent customer service to our patients, providers and co- workers. Working to maintain a high level of professionalism within a fast-paced medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Our goal is to make patients feel comfortable and valued while they are in our clinic.
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients while checking them in and out
Answering a high volume of incoming calls
Insurance authorization and verification
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Ensure front desk and waiting areas are tidy and presentable with all the necessary materials.
Keep updated demographics on patients
Take on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
One year of health care industry experience
Professional, personable and caring
Familiar and capable of navigating computer programs
High School Diploma
Work Environment: This position is in a professional medical clinic. This position routinely uses computers, phones, scanner, copier and fax machine.
Position type and expected work hours: This is a full time-time position Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
