Full-time receptionist needed for busy veterinary clinic. Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, energetic, organized, detail orientated, reliable, able to work well with others, as well as have the ability to multi-task under pressure. Duties include, but aren't limited to, the following:
Answering a multi-line phone system
Greeting clients
Scheduling appointments
Using general office machinery (i.e., fax, copier, etc.)
Hours are 11:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday. Must have High School Diploma or GED. Salary based on experience. If interested please reply with resume.
