Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in our kitchen operations, contributing to the creation of delicious dishes and ensuring high-quality food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workstation and adhere to food safety protocols
Assist with the ordering and inventory management of food supplies
Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus
