Jens' Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant established in 1988. We are a from scratch kitchen utilizing fresh Alaskan seafood and local ingredients whenever possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Perform dishwashing duties as required
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service or culinary industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
