Solo cook need for remote mining camp for crew of 16-20 personnel.
Comfortable camp with good internet communications, tv etc.
Knowledge in food, cooking fundamentals, knife skill, and cooking equipment
Efficient in multi tasking, and exceptional organizational - housekeeping skills,
Ability to meet daily goals, maintain inventories and ordering
Physical/Mental ability to work 7/12 shifts with one paid day off every two weeks, now till - first part of October
Punctual, and self disciplined, that requires little supervision
Physically able to bend, lift a minimum 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time
