Are you self-motivated but also a team player? We need a responsible person to work 3-4 shifts a week between the hours of 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. Shifts may vary in length from 4-6 hours.
This is an excellent position for a college student or stay-at-home parent. We can be very flexible to work around class schedules, etc., as long as you can commit to 3+ days a week including a couple of weekend shifts a month.
While we work in teams and require strong team communication and work ethic, we also need people who are self-motivated and good at finding things that need to be done with minimal direction.
Due to the nature of this job and the training required, we request that you only apply if you can commit to a minimum of one-year employment with us.
We do not require that you have previous barista or restaurant experience, we are looking for someone who will fit well with our small team and bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
