DescriptionThe Workforce Management Professional 2 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Workforce Management Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.ResponsibilitiesThe Workforce Management Professional 2 assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction. Follows established guidelines/procedures while also able to easily adapt and respond to changes in the business.Required Qualifications3+ years of Workforce Management experience, including daily/weekly/monthly planning and forecasting

Ability to adjust forecasting and planning methods for business and seasonality trends

Extensive customer facing experience and proven ability to lead conversations with various levels of leadership, including ability to effectively manage difficult situations and successfully interact with difficult customers

Customer Focused, capable of leading high level conversations and following through action

Collaborative, able to bring in team members to help with higher level goals requested by customer both internal and external to our core team

Ability to provide guidance, instruction and direction to team members to successfully deliver on plans and projects

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills

Experience using a WFM forecasting and scheduling tool (Verint preferred)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Flexible schedule with ability to arrive early/stay late on short notice; Weekend and holiday work is also required on a rotational basis

Ability to travel to AZ, KY or OH for 2 weeks of training

15% travel to various customer sites across the nation

Preferred QualificationsBachelors Degree

Prior experience in Process or Project Management

Ability to understand staffing models and apply to daily/weekly planning

Experience using Verint forecasting and scheduling
