DescriptionResponsibilitiesThe Senior Channel Development Professional - OTC Consumer Experience will create an exceptional brand and buying experience for Over-the-Counter Product B2B clients, B2B prospects, health plan members and consumers across digital and physical touchpoints. The Senior Channel Development Professional - OTC Consumer Experience will demonstrate an ability to efficiently interact with internal and external clients, members and consumers, understand their buying journeys pain points. This individual will also align with other business functions or internal stakeholders such as health plan product development, digital design, sales, marketing, and customer service, to find solutions and execute an effective marketing and communication strategy.ResponsibilitiesConduct a comprehensive analysis of competing health plan OTC benefit design and product offerings

Conduct consumer and market research to identify healthcare trends in OTC product use and development

Conduct competitive price analysis, collaborate with formulary, supply chain & fulfillment operations to analyze margin to ensure profitability. Set OTC item retail prices

Partner with enterprise and third-party resources to execute B2B and B2C marketing/communication strategies

Oversee the execution of the OTC Product digital roadmap

Partner with OTC account manager to understand internal and external client needs

Identify consumer profiles and map consumer journeys to identify the gaps in the experience across all touchpoints, including end-user interactions from purchase to product return to customer support.

Collaborate with internal teams such as communications, product development, account management, customer service, project management and digital design to find and implement solutions to gaps in the consumer experience

Collect, track and analyze consumer feedback and suggest improvements based on the insights gathered

Measure metrics such as NPS to gauge how the brand is performing on consumer experience performance goals

Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of consumer experience, marketing, communications or related experience

Established background in consumer, market and industry research

Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of marketing and communications collateral

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test

Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree

Healthcare marketing experience

OTC program experience

Proven track record of developing and delivering solutions with a consumer-first mindset

Experience in leading cross-functional teams

Prior experience with pharmacy order entry, customer service and dispensing processes

Prior experience with plan design deliverables and processes
