Desktop Support Technician

Role: Provide technical desktop hardware support to end users. Duties:

  • Perform Desktop Support Technician I duties and responsibilities.
  • Analyze, diagnose and implement corrective solutions for end user hardware issues, using standard diagnostic and troubleshooting principles, theories, concepts, and techniques with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain working technical knowledge of current operating systems, software, hardware and standards to include Windows 7 and later and Office 2007 and later. Operational knowledge of current Mac OS desirable.

Education: A+ Certification, Associates degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience: - 1+ years prior customer service experience. - Must be positive, adaptable, and a team player. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented. - Familiarity with DevOps/Agile process for task flow completion a plus. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities expected.
