Part time House Manager / Nanny, 2:30pm-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
I used to own the largest nanny agency in Arizona (for 17 years) and am now looking for a nanny myself. I am a full time Real Estate agent who needs help managing the whole home. This is not just childcare; this is grocery shopping, meal prep (with guidance), dog walks, help with homework, errands, dishes, clean up, etc.
I am looking for someone to be my "right hand". If you are someone that thinks "that is not part of my job", then this will not be a good fit as EVERYTHING will be part of this job. Anything that helps the home run smooth "may" be asked of you. Organizing closets, cleaning a fridge, making spaghetti, etc.
Children are 10 and 12 year old girls. Girls have been homeschooled most of their life and very well behaved (normally tee hee). They have chores, but still need guidance with ensuring they get done correctly. We believe in a TEAM unit, where each person has duties to help the team function and run smoothly.
There are 2 additional girls; 16 and 18 but they do not need anything. They are mini adults; hoping their younger sisters join their maturity soon. ;-)
MUST have 2 years verifiable child care experience - this can come from regular babysitting or prior nanny experience
MUST have driver's license and reliable transportation (no public transportation or shared vehicles)
MUST give a year commitment (with one week paid vacation after one year commitment)
NO age requirement, so long as you can give a one year commitment and drive
NO DUI's or criminal history will be accepted
NON SMOKER (cigarettes) A MUST
