Job Overview
This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, socialization, and organizational skills. Being able to work with and around different types of people is a very important part of this position. Managing money and data is also a key responsibility. Most importantly providing a welcoming environment for current and potential new members is crucial as you are often the first impression prospective members will have of BRSP.
Responsibilities
-Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
-Provide information about range services, events, and amenities
-Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and clubhouse
-Process payments and manage cash handling procedures according to range policies
-Create and build new member profiles
-Assist with event registrations for BRSP's leagues and events
-Answering phone calls and questions: relaying messages as needed to management, taking payments over the phone, or assisting with event registration
-Sell ammunition and merchandise
Skills
-Proven experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry.
-Basic mathematic abilities: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Calculators available for use
-Basic computer knowledge and beginner knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Part-time/full time possible
