Job Overview
This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, socialization, and organizational skills. Being able to work with and around different types of people is a very important part of this position. Managing money and data is also a key responsibility. Most importantly providing a welcoming environment for current and potential new members is crucial as you are often the first impression prospective members will have of BRSP. Applicants must be 18+.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
Provide information about range services, events, and amenities
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and clubhouse
Process payments and manage cash handling procedures according to range policies
Create and build new member profiles
Assist with event registrations for BRSP's leagues and events
Answering phone calls and questions: relaying messages as needed to management, taking payments over the phone, or assisting with event registration
Sell ammunition and merchandise
Skills
Proven experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry.
Basic mathematic abilities: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Calculators available for use
Basic computer knowledge and beginner knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time/full time possible
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
