Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Capitol Glass has served customers in the Anchorage area for over 74 years providing Doors, Windows, and Glass products.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and account management.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Skills
Proficient in office procedures and practices.
Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers.
Experience in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and client support.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse customers.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while addressing customer concerns.
Prior Glass Experience is preferred but not required.
