Great Pay & Quality of life for a Great Production Manager
Looking for 1 quality Production Manager who is highly skilled in managing calendar schedules, project operations and estimating. Our company specializes in kitchen/bathroom remodeling, window/door replacement and various types of detailed mid-high end remodeling projects.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
-Extensive experience and knowledge of interior remodeling products, techniques and processes.
-Working knowledge of relevant software applications: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Etc. (would be amazing if familiar with design software).
-Ability to read and produce basic plans/layouts of home projects.
-Ability to be organised and work to a plan, yet still function effectively in the midst of unexpected developments.
-Ability to communicate well with Staff, Clients and Tradespeople.
-Sense of humor and stable disposition.
Must have:
-Five or more years experience in residential construction operations. -Able to order products, build schedules and read designs.
-A reliable and presentable vehicle.
-Pass a drug test and background check.
-Valid Alaska State Drivers License. -Live in the Matanuska Valley
-A willingness to learn.
-Attention to detail.
-High ethical and moral standards.
-Desire for honesty, clean vocabulary (at least on the job site) and respectful. Note These are values we live by as well.
Daily Routines:
-A mix of working in-office and in-field to look at projects.
-Lots of driving at times (remember we work in Anchorage and the Valley). -Normal working hours 8U00am - 5U00pm but can vary.
Compensation: $35 - $45 Depending on experience
-2 weeks Paid Vacation (yearly)
-All major holidays paid and more
Benefits: We can talk benefits depending on the needs of the individual (will affect hourly rate).
