The Inventory Manager is responsible for the comprehensive execution of the facility’s inventory needs including product receiving, importing, packaging, auditing and order fulfillment. This position drives the facility’s inventory program and ensures product orders are fulfilled accurately and timely. The successful candidate is reliable, a self-starter, and acutely focused on details.
Required Qualifications:
o Driver’s License and registered vehicle
o Cannabis retail experience (1 year)
o Working knowledge of METRC and GreenBits
o AMCO Handler’s Permit
o Muni of ANC Food Handler’s Permit
o Open availability/Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Full Job Description:
o Title: Receiving/Inventory Manager
o Position Type: Hourly
o Location: Uncle Herb’s Boniface
o Reports to Retail Manager, Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
o Perform daily, monthly and quarterly inventory audits and reconciliations of both THC and non-THC products in coordination with senior leadership
o Create and manage work orders for products needed to be produced
o Manage a diverse product selection, maintain stocks of preferred SKUs by communicating product needs to the purchasing team
o Responsible for receiving, verifying and importing new products
o Ensure that all sellable products within the facility are available and live on the menus
o Certify that all product information is accurate such as product details, test results, and pricing information in the POS and on the menus
o Maintain a clean and organized vault/inventory storage space
o Ensure loss prevention and maximize product potential
o Analyze sales reports and communicate with the team to identify sales trends and potential inventory requirements
o Other duties as assigned
Estimated Salary: $17/hr+ DOE
