The goal of this position is to enhance WillowRidge’s ability to fulfill the mission of “blessing and enriching the lives of our clients and employees…” by managing all aspects of bookkeeping and finance. This position will serve as an integral team player working directly with the owner and management team to help produce key and routine financial reports; maintain the general ledger; and handle the full cycle accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Record and pay accounts payable
Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger
Issue invoices to and collect from clients
Code and enter subcontractor and vendor expense invoices
Process employee time sheets and payroll
Create financial statements and related financial reports
Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes
Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules
Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts
Collect information as needed for the annual audit
Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing system
Monitor cash levels

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is able to work with us in our office 2 days a week. We are open to different options and can work with someone who is the right fit for our team. We are not set on the number of hours worked, and would love to discuss what might be the best fit.
