First National Bank Alaska, FNBA, is seeking a Cash Management Services Specialist. This position is responsible for developing, acquiring and maintain commercial banking relationships by identifying existing and potential customer needs; presents and sells appropriate bank cash management products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Acquires, develops and maintains commercial banking relationships by providing recommendations and services to existing and prospective customers and representing the bank in the community.

2. Analyzes existing and potential customers' banking needs, account profitability, and other related factors to determine appropriate products and services; responds to informal requests for proposals regarding bank products and may prepare formal requests for proposals for supervisor approval.

3. Sells the bank's Cash Management products/services to meet determined needs; acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate areas of the bank to sell other bank products/services and resolve customer needs or concerns.

4. Presents and/or demonstrates bank products and services to commercial/government customers/prospects in individual or group settings including their top management and Board of Directors.

5. Provides training and support to bank personnel regarding cash management products/services to assist in the promotion of the bank's cash management sales program.

6. Assists customers in the preparation of agreements for cash management services to ensure proper completion and execution; responds to questions and concerns regarding such services and agreements; recommends approval of funds transfer limits and obtains approval from appropriate bank officers.

7. Tracks customer calls, sales activity, trends and results; keeps current with pertinent federal, state, and local banking rules, laws and regulations.

8. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, economics or a finance related field and two years banking experience; or six years banking experience; or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience. One year sales experience.

Preferred: Bank operations or cash management experience. Relationship sales experience.
