Plant Manager responsibilities include:
Punctuality
Managing 15+ people
Basic Computer Skills
Willingness to understand and learn all job positions in the plant
Openness to constructive criticism while learning Plant Manager job
Organizational Skills to keep Plant clean and efficient
Ongoing Proactive ideas to improve Plant and promote a better working environment for all employees
