- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience with system configuration in SAP Finance Modules specifically AP, AR, GL, COPA, Fixed Assets, Costing, and integration points with other modules.
- 3-5 years’ experience documenting business and IT processes through interviews with users to understand process steps for SAP and non-SAP systems that support the assigned process.
- 3-5 years’ experience applying project management principles to organize, track, and complete tasks you are responsible for according to plan.
- 3-5 years’ experience using software development life cycle (SDLC): requirements definition, design, development/configuration, test, implementation and support.
- 3-5 years’ experience test planning and execution. This includes working with business to identify all business scenarios to test along with writing detailed scripts to test each scenario.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Adhere to established IT governance process to engage resources and prioritize work.
- Document business and IT processes using appropriate methods and tools.
- Support assigned system modules and processes. Includes troubleshooting issues and researching continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of assigned system modules and projects. Includes hands-on configuration to drive SAP functionality as well as interacting with the development team.
- Lead integration testing conversion and deployment activities.
- Assist in training user personnel in the testing, conversion, and implementation of the systems alongside the functional leads. Support training development and delivery as needed.
- Prepare system configuration and process documentation as required.
- Promote effective use of assigned system modules in solving business problems and improving business processes.
- Participate in on-going education and training to stay informed of the latest functional in applying SAP to resolve business issues.
- Utilize project management principles to execute assigned tasks.
- Communicate with the business and IT team members as they work to implement projects and enhancements.
- Expand upon understanding of processes and working with the key people that make decisions in order to develop the reputation as a trusted business partner.
- Uncover root causes and guide the conversation to a conclusion that is best for the business.
- Participate and lead cross-functional teams and seek to understand upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions. Involve other business and IT Team members to understand, document, and communicate impacts to process.
