Position Description This lead associate provides direction to a team under the guidance of a Supervisor. This role will include gaining working knowledge of all processes within the department. Accountabilities
Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS TPM and 5S.
Ensure that all team members meet expected safety requirements
Meet customer quality expectations by achieving daily quality goals
Satisfy customer delivery expectations by achieving area HPU efficiency goals
Drive team performance goals by meeting the daily Operational Availability metric
Attend monthly one-on-one leadership meetings with Supervisor
Collaborate with support teams (CI / Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis. Responsible for immediate line-side problem solving tied to safety quality and efficiency.
Leading interactive team huddles twice daily with "Stretch and Flex"
Performing daily Layered Process Audits

Background and Experience
Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team required
Basic math skills (Addition Subtraction Multiplication Division) required
Experience with basic computer applications required (email Word etc.)
Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups preferred
Able to multi-task and is self-motivated
This role has upward growth potential into a manufacturing supervisory role.
Shift and hours :
Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
3 days 12 hour shift
Work 36 hours and get paid 40 hours.
2nd shift - Monday thru Thursday (10 hours)
2nd shift hours 4 : 00pm to 2 : 45am
shift differential of .75)
